3. Propose evolutionary scenarios for assembly strategy aligned with the company's objectives, considering quality, cost, capacity, and flexibility.
4. Define a five-year vision for the organization of assembly processes.
5. Develop a detailed CAPEX plan for process investments necessary to implement the assembly strategy.
6. Conduct benchmarks of available market solutions and draft precise specifications for future investments.

1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proficiency in French.
