1. Analyze existing assembly processes and create detailed mappings of flows, quantities, resources, and associated costs.
2. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement within current processes.
3. Propose evolutionary scenarios for assembly strategy aligned with the company's objectives, considering quality, cost, capacity, and flexibility.
4. Define a five-year vision for the organization of assembly processes.
5. Develop a detailed CAPEX plan for process investments necessary to implement the assembly strategy.
6. Conduct benchmarks of available market solutions and draft precise specifications for future investments.

1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proficiency in French.
