Jaeger‑LeCoultre is a Swiss haute horlogerie manufacture celebrated for technical mastery, artisanal craftsmanship and a deep historical archive. The Maison is part of the Richemont Group and combines traditional ateliers with contemporary research and restoration activities, offering a workplace where heritage preservation and innovation intersect.

1. Assist the heritage and archives team with the accessioning, cataloguing and physical care of archival materials related to timepieces, technical drawings and corporate records.
2. Perform digitization tasks including scanning, image capture and basic post-processing to create high‑quality digital surrogates of documents and imagery.
3. Create and maintain descriptive metadata and inventories in accordance with archival standards to ensure discoverability and long‑term accessibility.
4. Support preventive conservation measures: appropriate handling, packaging and storage of paper, photographic and mixed‑media materials.
5. Conduct provenance and object research to support curatorial requests, exhibitions, publications and client enquiries.
6. Prepare documentation for internal stakeholders, contribute to digitization workflows and assist with occasional public or internal presentations of archival material.

1. Enrolment in, or recent completion of, a recognised programme in archival science, library and information science, heritage conservation, museology or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrable interest in material culture, horological history or applied heritage practices.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to meticulous documentation and handling procedures.
4. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects within established workflows.
5. Ability to work cooperatively with conservators, curators and technical teams while respecting confidentiality and provenance requirements.

Enrolment in or recent graduate of a degree programme in archival studies, library and information science, museology, heritage or conservation.
