IWC People Development Intern

IWC is a Swiss luxury watch manufacturer renowned for technical precision, artisanal craftsmanship and enduring design. 1. Support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes across functions and locations.
2. Assist with administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) and training records.
3. Coordinate logistics for training events, workshops and internal mobility initiatives (scheduling, venue, materials).
4. Prepare participant communications, training materials and executive summaries using PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Compile and analyse HR learning data to produce regular reports and highlight trends for People Development stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of development activities.
7. Manage confidential documentation and contribute to continuous-improvement projects within People Development.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
2. Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and stakeholder-facing demeanor.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data and preparing executive reports.
5. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling HR information.
6. Interest in the luxury goods or watchmaking industry; curiosity for talent development best practices.
7. German language skills advantageous for a Schaffhausen-based role; fluent English expected.
