IWC People Development Intern
IWC is a Swiss luxury watch manufacturer renowned for technical precision, artisanal craftsmanship and enduring design. - Support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes across functions and locations.
- Assist with administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) and training records.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, workshops and internal mobility initiatives (scheduling, venue, materials).
- Prepare participant communications, training materials and executive summaries using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Compile and analyse HR learning data to produce regular reports and highlight trends for People Development stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of development activities.
- Manage confidential documentation and contribute to continuous-improvement projects within People Development.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and stakeholder-facing demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data and preparing executive reports.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling HR information.
- Interest in the luxury goods or watchmaking industry; curiosity for talent development best practices.
- German language skills advantageous for a Schaffhausen-based role; fluent English expected.
