1. Participate in a four-year dual apprenticeship program, combining practical training at Hublot's Manufacture in Nyon and theoretical education at the Geneva School of Watchmaking.
2. Assemble watch components, including hands and dials, ensuring flawless operation.
3. Engage in after-sales service, diagnosing and repairing watches to restore original precision.
4. Utilize micromechanical skills to fabricate individual parts and conduct quality assurance tests.
