1. Perform comprehensive servicing of watches, ranging from quartz to mechanical chronographs and complications.
2. Diagnose and report findings using company software, Pro-concept.
3. Disassemble, clean, repair, and prepare watch cases, ensuring water resistance and verification.
4. Refinish case and bracelet components as needed.
5. Conduct movement overhauls, including full inspection, diagnosis, repair or replacement of parts, adjustment, cleaning, reassembly, and lubrication.
6. Adjust and regulate escapement and oscillator.
7. Fit dials and hands, and complete casing processes.
8. Execute final testing and quality control procedures.
9. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness and organization.
10. Ensure timely delivery of completed repairs and services to meet deadlines.
11. Propose and contribute to improvement actions and projects.

1. Watchmaking diploma preferred, or completion of one manufacturer training course or certification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing high-value watches in a service center environment.
