1. Interpretation of finishing plans, both dimensional and aesthetic.
2. Manual micro-blasting of components.
3. Surface preparation using cabron and micromotor techniques.
4. Surface preparation with lapidary, freehand or with jigs and adjustable tables.
5. Polishing, brightening, and satin finishing using a polishing lathe or back-stand.
6. Working with diverse materials such as titanium, gold, steel, aluminum, carbon, and set components.
7. Operation of washing machines.
8. Self-inspection according to defined criteria.

1. Passion for watchmaking.
2. Holder of a CFC in Watchmaking Finishing, highly advantageous.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a watch finishing workshop with diverse tasks.
4. Resilience to high production rates.
5. Versatility in task management while maintaining team spirit.
