Hublot Visual Merchandising Intern

- Assist the Store Planning and Visual Merchandising team in analyzing needs and planning orders for visual displays, accessories, and furniture to meet annual projects and specific market requests.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Project Manager in managing campaigns, including centralizing needs, creating communication guidelines, coordinating with markets, and overseeing deliveries and installations in boutiques.
- Collaborate with Store Planning Project Managers on new store openings, ensuring logistical and transport coordination.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets regarding in-store advertising requests and routine maintenance needs.
- Update Visual Merchandising catalogs and other reference materials.
- Produce reports for internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of Visual Merchandising and Store Planning material shipments in collaboration with the Logistics department.
- Previous internship experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Higher education in hospitality, architecture, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in common office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.
- Ability to identify and proactively respond to stakeholder needs.
Beginner level experience, ideally with a prior internship in the luxury sector.
Higher education in hospitality, architecture, design, or a related field.
