1. Partner with executive leadership to define and implement the HR strategy across the U.S., Caribbean, and Travel Retail sectors.
2. Identify and track key performance indicators for HR and talent management functions.
3. Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and career path strategies.
4. Lead organizational design initiatives to align with evolving business needs.
5. Design and manage talent development programs, including performance appraisal systems, coaching, mentoring, and training.
6. Implement competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits programs in collaboration with LVMH Group HR.
7. Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee employee relations, including investigations and grievance management.
8. Support boutique openings across North America, from workforce planning to onboarding.
9. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with leadership, retail, and commercial teams.
10. Represent Hublot at HR, industry, and LVMH events and conferences.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Strong expertise in U.S. employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
4. Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in retail, luxury, or consumer-facing industries.
5. Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
