1. Analyze and propose a billing control solution tailored to the department's specific needs.
2. Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor carrier performance indicators.
3. Formalize operational procedures in collaboration with Retail, Customer Service, Marketing, and After-Sales teams.
4. Measure and document costs associated with exceptional or bypass transports.
5. Research and integrate innovative transport data tracking and visualization tools.
6. Collect and analyze cost, time, and performance data from various departments.
7. Establish reporting tools and contribute to the formalization of operational guidelines.
8. Conduct technological watch in the transport sector.

1. Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
