1. Analyze and propose a billing control solution tailored to the service's specific needs.
2. Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor carrier performance indicators.
3. Formalize operational procedures with Retail, Sales Administration, Marketing, and After-Sales teams.
4. Measure and reference costs incurred by exceptional or bypass transports.
5. Study and integrate innovative tools for transport data tracking and visualization, such as TMP and the VASCO2 project.
6. Collect and analyze cost, time, and performance data from various departments.
7. Implement reporting tools and participate in formalizing operational rules.
8. Conduct technological watch in the transport domain.

1. Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in standard office software, particularly Excel and databases.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize information.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
5. Courage to tackle unknown challenges.

Beginner level experience in transport or logistics is required.
