1. Serve as the technical reference for T1 workshop activities.
2. Propose and implement improvements for workshop activities.
3. Participate in the development of work ranges and standardization of specific tools.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop using Lean Manufacturing tools.
5. Provide technical advice and support to the department head and teams.
6. Assist in the training plan for new employees.
7. Engage in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Holder of a CFC in watchmaking with substantial experience in the field.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
4. Courage to face new challenges.

A minimum of 10 years in watchmaking within a production workshop and/or after-sales service environment.

CFC in watchmaking.
