1. Serve as the technical reference for T1 workshop activities.
2. Propose improvements for workshop activities.
3. Participate in the establishment of work ranges and standardization of specific tool usage.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop by applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
5. Provide technical advice and support to the department head and teams.
6. Participate in the training plan for new employees.
7. Assist in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Holder of a CFC in watchmaking with extensive experience in the field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in watchmaking within a production workshop and/or after-sales service environment is required.

CFC in watchmaking or equivalent.
