Hublot Supply Chain Project Manager

- Lead cross-functional projects focused on optimization, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department.
- Oversee areas including Purchasing, Procurement, Goods Reception, Inventory, Automated Storage, Internal Logistics, Reception-Expedition, Imports-Exports, and Industrial Planning.
- Ensure successful project execution from scoping to implementation, maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (business, IT, finance, HR) and external partners (service providers, suppliers).
- Facilitate collaboration among teams and manage change effectively.
- Provide clear and regular reporting to senior management.
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design target solutions for organization, workflows, tools, and indicators.
- Contribute to change management through communication, training, and support.
- Participate in the deployment of new tools or systems (WMS, APS, ERP, automation).
- Work closely with department heads to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Structure and formalize transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of projects with the company's overall strategy.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional projects.
- Excellent process analysis and change management capabilities.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity, synthesis, and results orientation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS).
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain project management, preferably in an industrial setting. Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
