1. Lead cross-functional projects focused on optimization, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department.
2. Oversee areas including Purchasing, Procurement, Goods Reception, Stock Management, Automated Storage, Internal Logistics, Reception-Shipping, Imports-Exports, and Industrial Planning.
3. Ensure successful project execution from planning to implementation, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive change management.
5. Provide clear and regular reporting to senior management.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

1. Strong project management skills with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
2. Proficiency in process analysis and change management.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
5. Expertise in project management tools and supply chain information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS).

Minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain project management, preferably in an industrial setting. Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.

Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
