1. Define and manage the global replenishment plan for After-Sales components and accessories in collaboration with Procurement.
2. Consolidate worldwide needs into purchasing priorities and supply plans.
3. Monitor supplier lead times, risks, and constraints; communicate shortages and propose mitigation plans.
4. Govern the performance of After-Sales stocks at HQ and across markets, ensuring availability and service level.
5. Define stock policies and parameters balancing service level and cash.
6. Manage end-to-end outsourced repair flows, aligning subcontractor capacity with demand.
7. Define repair planning and prioritization rules aligned with parts availability and customer commitments.
8. Participate in product development to ensure After-Sales readiness at launch.
9. Lead performance steering, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business.
2. Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, After-Sales, service parts management, or planning.

1. Strong data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills; BI tools a plus.
2. ERP experience, preferably SAP or equivalent.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Service-driven with high standards for reliability and quality.
6. Improvement-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement in processes and KPIs.

A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, After-Sales, service parts management, or planning is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business.
