Hublot Supply Chain Customer Service Manager

- Define and manage the global replenishment plan for After-Sales components and accessories in collaboration with Procurement.
- Consolidate worldwide needs into purchasing priorities and supply plans.
- Monitor supplier lead times, risks, and constraints; communicate shortages and propose mitigation plans.
- Govern the performance of After-Sales stocks at HQ and across markets, ensuring availability and service level.
- Define stock policies and parameters balancing service level and cash.
- Manage end-to-end outsourced repair flows, aligning subcontractor capacity with demand.
- Define repair planning and prioritization rules aligned with parts availability and customer commitments.
- Participate in product development to ensure After-Sales readiness at launch.
- Lead performance steering, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, After-Sales, service parts management, or planning.
- Strong data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills; BI tools a plus.
- ERP experience, preferably SAP or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-driven with high standards for reliability and quality.
- Improvement-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement in processes and KPIs.
A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, After-Sales, service parts management, or planning is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business.
