Hublot Social Media Senior Manager

- Strategically orchestrate the social media editorial calendar to ensure timely and impactful content publication across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content tailored for social media.
- Independently conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging video and snackable content for social media.
- Manage the internal distribution and accessibility of social media assets through the Digital Asset Management system.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization.
- Actively manage and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Lead real-time content creation and dissemination during major brand events and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in social media management, ideally within a luxury brand or digital agency specializing in luxury.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to independently produce and edit high-quality social media content.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in social media management, ideally within a luxury brand or digital agency specializing in luxury.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
