Hublot Service Scheduling Manager

- Manage the mechanical and automatic movement bank, including outsourcing revisions and internal refurbishments.
- Oversee supplier portfolios and internal refurbishment schedules.
- Receive revised movements from external suppliers and internal refurbishments, managing movement bank locations.
- Handle the exchange flow of movements, including receiving defective movements, creating orders, and delivering refurbished movements.
- Track client order portfolios.
- Manage eCom service by picking and dispatching bracelet orders.
- Prepare components for repairs and manage workshop consumables and defective components during repairs.
- Oversee repair schedules, monitoring deadlines and shortages.
- Manage external subcontracting and internal service providers for polishing, surface treatment, engraving, and lacquering.
- Passion for the industry is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in service scheduling management.
- Proficient in English, with a minimum C1 level.
- Excellent knowledge of technical data organization and nomenclatures.
- Experience in watchmaking is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Proconcept or SAP, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is an additional advantage.
- Methodical with a keen sense of organization and flexibility.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex situations.
- Dynamic, positive, and personable with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
A minimum of 3 years in service scheduling management is required, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
