1. Manage distribution of straps and spare parts orders for boutiques, retailers, and end-customers.
2. Maintain sufficient inventory through timely reordering from the manufacturer.
3. Handle relevant sections of communication channels, such as Salesforce.
4. Collaborate closely with watchmakers to supply necessary parts for repairs.
5. Utilize ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets, including Excel.
6. Assist with the preparation of monthly inventory.
7. Follow up on missing parts for repairs and provide status reports to Client Service teams.
8. Create an organized system for spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain workflow efficiency.
9. Prepare shipments to Switzerland of defective spare parts.
10. Receive and verify spare part orders from headquarters.
11. Interact with the Client Service team to resolve customer issues related to spare parts.
12. Participate in other department-related projects as assigned.

1. High school diploma or GED required.

1. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
2. Adept multitasking and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Familiarity with HUBLOT watch families and parts.
6. Experience in inventory organization and replenishment of spare parts.

At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

High school diploma or GED required.
