Hublot Sales Coordinator

- Manage client relations for all watch orders and provide relevant sales information to retailers.
- Formalize and consolidate watch orders for Spain and Portugal for all clients and retailers.
- Fulfill client and retailer orders.
- Issue and verify invoices.
- Prepare all transport and customs documents.
- Inform clients and retailers about watch prices.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Contribute to local CRM initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Commercial mindset
- Proficiency in Spanish and either French or English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
