1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain and merchandise displays to uphold high store standards.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
4. Complete sales documentation and efficiently utilize internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Provide in-store after-sales service, collaborating with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Coach and train other sales associates and support the integration of new hires.
11. Act as the main point of contact on the floor in the absence of management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with a significant portion in luxury.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
3. Exhibit a highly professional manner and possess excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
5. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
