1. Handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
3. Provide exemplary customer service both in-person and over the phone.
4. Complete sales documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams.
10. Coach and train other sales associates and support new hires' integration.
11. Act as the main point of contact on the floor in the absence of management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in the luxury sector.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desirable.
