1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain and merchandise displays to uphold high store standards.
3. Deliver high-quality customer service both in-person and via telephone.
4. Complete sales documentation and efficiently utilize internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build and develop client relationships and maintain a client book.
9. Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Coach and train other sales associates and support new hires' integration.
11. Serve as the main point of contact on the floor in the absence of management.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.

2. Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
3. Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.

CAD $60,000-$65,000 annually.
