- Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the telephone.
- Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
- Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
- Attend and contribute to brand events.
- Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
- Capture client information and update the CRM database.
- Support Instagram posting for the boutique by creating content.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
- Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in the luxury sector.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
- Highly professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, with a focus on luxury goods. Experience in the watch industry is preferred.
Salary range between $60,000 and $65,000 CAD annually.
