1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
3. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the telephone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Capture client information and update the CRM database.
10. Support Instagram posting for the boutique by creating content.
11. Assist with opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
12. Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in the luxury sector.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
3. Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
4. Highly professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

1. Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
2. Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, with a focus on luxury goods. Experience in the watch industry is preferred.

Salary range between $60,000 and $65,000 CAD annually.
