1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Ensure high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
3. Provide high-quality customer service both in-person and over the phone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Provide in-store after-sales service, collaborating with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Coach and train other sales associates and support new hires' integration.
11. Serve as the main point of contact on the floor in the absence of management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in the luxury sector.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is preferred.
3. Exhibit a highly professional manner and possess exceptional customer service skills.
4. Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
5. Capable of meeting sales targets and working effectively within a team.

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000.
