1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain high standards in merchandising displays within the store.
3. Provide high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Capture client and potential client information for the CRM database.
10. Support Instagram posting for the boutique by creating content when needed.
11. Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
12. Provide in-store after-sales service, collaborating with after-sales teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
