1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain and merchandise displays to uphold high standards within the store.
3. Deliver high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build client relationships and develop a client book.
9. Capture client and potential client information to complete the CRM database.
10. Support Instagram posting for the boutique by creating content when needed.
11. Assist in opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
12. Provide in-store after-sales service, working with after-sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, primarily in the luxury sector.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
