1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve personal and store sales targets.
2. Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
3. Merchandise displays and ensure high standards are maintained within the store.
4. Provide high-quality service to customers face-to-face, virtually, and via email/social media.
5. Complete sales documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
6. Regularly check stock levels accurately.
7. Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
8. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
9. Support the implementation of brand training initiatives.
10. Attend and contribute to brand events.
11. Provide in-store aftersales service, working with aftersales teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

1. Experience in the luxury watches industry or similar.

Beginner level experience in the luxury watches industry or a similar field is required.
