- Advise both national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of the brand.
- Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
- Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
- Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
- Assist in stock management and the daily organization and tidiness of the boutique.
- Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising for both window displays and in-store product presentation, maintaining brand image at all times.
- Coordinate after-sales service and potential repairs with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.
- Passionate about luxury retail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to listen and offer bespoke solutions to clients.
- Keen eye for detail and refinement.
- Awareness of market trends in horology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in sales or a client-facing role, ideally within the luxury sector.
