1. Advise both national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of the brand.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
3. Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
4. Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
5. Assist in stock management and the daily organization and tidiness of the boutique.
6. Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising for both window displays and in-store product presentation, maintaining brand image at all times.
7. Coordinate after-sales service and potential repairs with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.

1. Passionate about luxury retail.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably in the luxury sector.

1. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
2. Ability to listen and offer bespoke solutions to clients.
3. Keen eye for detail and refinement.
4. Awareness of market trends in horology.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Team-oriented mindset.

Minimum of 3 years in sales or a client-facing role, ideally within the luxury sector.
