1. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
2. Maintain and merchandise displays to uphold high store standards.
3. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the telephone.
4. Complete sale documentation and efficiently utilize internal till and stock systems.
5. Alter and fit customers' watches as required.
6. Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
7. Attend and contribute to brand events.
8. Build and maintain client relationships, developing a client book.
9. Capture client information and update the CRM database.
10. Support Instagram content creation for the boutique as needed.
11. Assist in opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
12. Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. 3+ years of retail experience, primarily in the luxury sector.
2. Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
3. Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Highly professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
5. Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.

Salary range: $60,000-$63,000
