- Manage a portfolio of orders, ensuring direct communication with clients including subsidiaries, agents, and dealers.
- Prepare orders for final dispatch.
- Input orders into the ERP system and verify product availability.
- Ensure correct receipt of client orders, verifying and following up as necessary.
- Communicate delivery timelines to clients after coordination with production teams.
- Monitor the order portfolio and ensure the authenticity of its data.
- Maintain continuous liaison with production to guarantee timely delivery.
- Serve as an intermediary between clients and the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director of the designated region.
- Track sales performance with the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director.
- Passion for the industry is essential.
- Commercial training or equivalent, such as a CFC in commerce.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proactive with a strong team spirit, versatility, and autonomy.
- Meticulous organizational skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond swiftly.
- Courage to embrace the unknown and thrive in challenging situations.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
Commercial training or equivalent, such as a CFC in commerce.
