1. Manage a portfolio of orders, ensuring direct communication with clients including subsidiaries, agents, and dealers.
2. Prepare orders for final dispatch.
3. Input orders into the ERP system and verify product availability.
4. Ensure correct receipt of client orders, verifying and following up as necessary.
5. Communicate delivery timelines to clients after coordination with production teams.
6. Monitor the order portfolio and ensure the authenticity of its data.
7. Maintain continuous liaison with production to guarantee timely delivery.
8. Serve as an intermediary between clients and the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director of the designated region.
9. Track sales performance with the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director.

1. Passion for the industry is essential.
2. Commercial training or equivalent, such as a CFC in commerce.

1. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Proactive with a strong team spirit, versatility, and autonomy.
3. Meticulous organizational skills.
4. Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond swiftly.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
