- Manage a portfolio of orders, ensuring direct communication with clients including subsidiaries, agents, and dealers.
- Prepare orders for final dispatch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Input orders into the ERP system and verify product availability.
- Ensure the accurate reception of client orders, conducting follow-ups as necessary.
- Communicate delivery timelines to clients after coordination with production teams.
- Monitor order portfolio and ensure data authenticity.
- Coordinate with production to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director of the designated region.
- Track sales performance in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director.
- Commercial training such as CFC or equivalent recognized certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. A third language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Agility, responsiveness, and stress management capabilities.
- Courage to embrace challenges and step outside comfort zones.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's challenges.
