Hublot Quality Controller - Movement Components

- Conduct aesthetic and dimensional inspections of movement components, including plates, bridges, wheels, pinions, and pre-assembled elements.
- Interpret technical drawings and coordinate systems for quality control processes.
- Utilize standard measuring instruments such as horizontal comparators, vertical probes, smooth plug gauges, Marcel Aubert, durometers, GR20, and Optimes J1.
- Draft non-conformity and deviation reports.
- Analyze issues presented by various internal departments.
- Participate in establishing control processes within the pre-assembly workshop.
- Develop specific control ranges for pre-assembled components.
- Train and raise awareness among colleagues regarding high-risk references.
- Ensure adherence to Hublot's quality standards.
- Manage reporting between the workshop and management.
- Technical diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in Quick Control and ERP systems, ideally ProConcept.
- Expertise in using standard measuring instruments, with knowledge of OGP as an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and work environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, ideally within the horology sector.
Technical diploma in a relevant field.
