Hublot Quality Controller - Movement Components

- Conduct aesthetic and dimensional inspections of movement components such as plates, bridges, wheels, pinions, and pre-assembled elements.
- Interpret technical drawings and measurement systems.
- Utilize standard measuring instruments, including horizontal comparators, vertical probes, smooth plug gauges, Marcel Aubert, durometers, GR20, and Optimes J1.
- Draft non-conformity and deviation reports.
- Analyze issues presented by various internal departments.
- Participate in establishing control processes in the pre-assembly workshop.
- Develop specific control ranges for pre-assembled components.
- Train and raise awareness among colleagues regarding high-risk references.
- Ensure adherence to Hublot's quality standards.
- Manage reporting between the workshop and the manager.
- Technical diploma.
- Successful initial experience in Quality Control, preferably in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in Quick Control and ERP systems, preferably ProConcept.
- Mastery of standard measuring instruments; knowledge of OGP is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Autonomous and responsible with strong decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to various work environments.
Minimum of 3 years in a Quality Control role, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
Technical diploma required.
