Hublot Quality Control Specialist - Watchmaking

- Conduct quality control inspections of watch components, focusing on aesthetics, dimensions, and functionality.
- Identify, analyze, and quantify non-conformities; prepare reports, submissions, and requests for deviations.
- Evaluate supplier submissions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interpret technical drawings and coordinate systems.
- Execute assigned tasks within deadlines and share expertise with team members.
- Manage quality events and stock transfers in Proconcept.
- Create and update control ranges in QuickControl.
- Utilize appropriate measurement tools for component inspection.
- Handle and maintain common measuring instruments such as gauges, PS16, probes, and Marcel Aubert.
- Basic training in quality control, minimum TQ1 level.
- Solid experience in quality control of watch components.
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity.
- Precision, accuracy, and rigor in tasks.
- Proficiency in common software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the watchmaking industry is required.
Basic training in quality control, minimum TQ1 level.
