1. Conduct quality inspections of watch components upon receipt, focusing on aesthetics, dimensions, and functionality.
2. Identify, analyze, and quantify non-conformities; draft reports, submissions, and requests for derogation.
3. Analyze supplier submissions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Interpret technical drawings and coordinate systems.
5. Execute assigned tasks within deadlines and share expertise with team members.
6. Manage quality events and stock transfers using Proconcept.
7. Create and update control ranges in QuickControl.
8. Utilize appropriate measurement tools for component inspection.
9. Handle and maintain common measuring instruments such as gauges, PS16, probes, and Marcel Aubert.

1. Basic training in quality control, minimum TQ1 level.

1. Strong passion for horology.
2. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
3. Marked sensitivity to aesthetic criteria and a keen eye for detail.
4. Good manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity.
5. Unyielding precision, accuracy, and rigor.
6. Proficiency in common software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum of 3 years in quality control of watch components.
