Hublot Quality Control Manager

- Lead the Quality Department at the Manufacture, overseeing Components, Movements, Case, and Watch Control workshops.
- Ensure product compliance with Quality Assurance standards from production entry to exit.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives within production workshops (QRQC) and manage first-level issue resolutions.
- Communicate second-level quality information to Quality Assurance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, laboratory, methods, and technical offices.
- Manage supplier quality, validating submissions against established criteria.
- Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
- Oversee the quality process for watches in boutiques, including stock quality and technical updates.
- Manage the department's budget and quality documentation system across industrial departments.
- Oversee quality indicators for workshops, including KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Finance department on waste management and allocation.
- Implement and monitor 5S in industrial departments.
- Lead SPC deployment and in-process control during manufacturing.
- Manage and monitor metrology.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the watchmaking or high-quality industrial sector.
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and unite teams.
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, QRQC, audits, metrology).
- Excellent understanding of ISO standards.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Ability to implement innovative procedures and embrace change.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within the watchmaking industry or a high-quality industrial sector.
Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
