Hublot Quality Control Manager

1. Lead the Quality Department at the Manufacture, overseeing Components, Movements, Case, and Watch Control workshops.
2. Ensure product compliance with Quality Assurance standards from production entry to exit.
3. Drive problem-solving initiatives within production workshops (QRQC) and manage first-level issue resolutions.
4. Communicate second-level quality information to Quality Assurance.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, laboratory, methods, and technical offices.
6. Manage supplier quality, validating submissions against established criteria.
7. Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
8. Oversee the quality process for watches in boutiques, including stock quality and technical updates.
9. Manage the department's budget and quality documentation system across industrial departments.
10. Oversee quality indicators for workshops, including KPIs and dashboards.
11. Collaborate with the Finance department on waste management and allocation.
12. Implement and monitor 5S in industrial departments.
13. Lead SPC deployment and in-process control during manufacturing.
14. Manage and monitor metrology.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the watchmaking or high-quality industrial sector.

1. Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and unite teams.
2. Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, QRQC, audits, metrology).
3. Excellent understanding of ISO standards.
4. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
5. Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
6. Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
7. Ability to implement innovative procedures and embrace change.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within the watchmaking industry or a high-quality industrial sector.

Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
