1. Oversee the production processes in the workshop, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
2. Organize the workshop structure to optimize workflow.
3. Measure, analyze, and enhance individual and overall productivity within the workshop.
4. Improve current assembly processes by introducing innovative solutions and leveraging new technologies.
5. Plan team workloads according to scheduling priorities.
6. Supervise and evaluate personnel.
7. Foster synergies with Quality, Methods, Technical Office, and Laboratory teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements swiftly.

1. Holder of a CFC or Technician diploma with significant experience in watchmaking.

5. Ability to take initiative and adapt to new challenges.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a production workshop.

CFC or Technician diploma in a relevant field.
