1. Ensure the quantitative and qualitative follow-up of workshop production.
2. Organize the workshop structure to optimize workflow.
3. Measure, analyze, and improve individual and overall workshop productivity.
4. Enhance current assembly processes by introducing new solutions and focusing on new technologies.
5. Plan team work according to scheduling priorities.
6. Supervise and evaluate personnel.
7. Create synergies with Quality, Methods, Technical Office, and Laboratory teams to provide reactive corrective actions and continuous improvements.

1. Passionate about the field.
2. Holder of a CFC or Technician qualification with significant experience in watchmaking.

1. Autonomous, responsible, and reactive.
2. Analytical with a strong ability to synthesize information.
3. Eloquent with excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in ERP software, ideally Pro-Concept.
5. Courageous and not afraid of the unknown.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a production workshop.

Holder of a CFC or Technician qualification.
