1. Organize work and manage priorities within the production department.
2. Achieve production objectives by performing necessary operations.
3. Serve as the primary technical contact for the team, analyzing and resolving technical issues.
4. Regularly report to the workshop manager on progress and challenges.
5. Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
6. Contribute to the implementation of work methodologies and standardization of tool usage.
7. Facilitate synergies between teams to ensure consistency in production volumes and priorities.

1. CFC or Technician qualification with experience in watchmaking.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a production setting, specifically in adjustment roles.

4. Comfortable with uncertainty and new challenges.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment, specifically in adjustment roles within the watchmaking industry.
