1. Perform manual and semi-automated pre-assembly operations including casing and riveting according to defined plans and ranges.
2. Conduct dimensional inspections using measurement tools such as comparators, force-testers, and Gr20.
3. Execute aesthetic inspections in accordance with the company's quality standards.

1. At least 2 years of successful experience in pre-assembly of watch components such as bridges, plates, and gear trains.

1. Exceptional manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in dimensional and visual inspection tools.
3. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Adaptability to various work environments and contexts.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.
