- Perform manual and semi-automated pre-assembly operations including casing and riveting according to defined plans and processes.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measurement tools such as comparators, force-test, and Gr20.
- Execute aesthetic inspections in accordance with the company's quality standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in pre-assembly of horological components such as bridges, plates, and gear trains.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dimensional and visual inspection tools.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to various work contexts and environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.
