1. Create articles, bills of materials, and operational ranges at all levels of a movement's bill of materials within the ERP system (currently ProConcept, transitioning to SAP).
2. Develop movement ranges, watch heads, and watches for workshops T1, T2, T3, and after-sales service.
3. Participate in defining launch quantities to optimize manufacturing costs.
4. Define and compile technical dossiers, including intermediate manufacturing phase plans.
5. Ensure and enhance the reliability of data within the ERP to establish lead times and cost prices.
6. Maintain communication between technical offices, internal workshops, and subcontractors for the production of movement and casing components.
7. Seek technical solutions for continuous improvement or internalization of component manufacturing.
8. Monitor changes made by the technical office in the ERP in coordination with logistics.

1. Passion for horology.
2. Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in watchmaking, with hands-on experience in movement and case manufacturing and assembly.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems (ProConcept or SAP).
5. Expertise in SolidWorks; knowledge of PLM/PDM Windchill is advantageous.
6. Autonomous, flexible, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
7. Resilient, capable of managing stress and maintaining productivity under tight deadlines.
8. Collaborative with a strong team spirit and cross-functional work ethic.
9. Meticulous with strong analytical skills, proactive, and solution-oriented.
