Hublot Partnerships Coordinator

- Manage sports partnerships, particularly in football, including on-site activations, logo presence, negotiated visibility, and communications across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize brand visibility.
- Oversee Hublot's contractual football ticketing for VIP clients, partners, and the press.
- Update the Hublot Football calendar and track ticket allocations.
- Coordinate hospitality programs around major football competitions.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and prepare presentations and reports for headquarters and various communication channels.
- Enhance visibility through partnerships to drive traffic to boutiques and the e-commerce site.
- Manage the budget associated with the assigned portfolio.
- Provide daily operational support to the Partnerships team.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in sports event management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of luxury industry standards.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on sports event management and execution.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
