1. Certified Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in micromechanics or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in CNC milling machines (FANUC/HEIDENHAIN).
2. Strong technical and operational expertise in horological component manufacturing.
3. Mastery of control instruments (e.g., Marcel Aubert, gauges) and quality standards.
4. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with precision and attention to detail.
6. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5 years in horological component manufacturing in a similar role.

Certified Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in micromechanics or equivalent.
