Hublot Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement local marketing strategies through digital, social, partnerships, and press to drive brand awareness and desirability.
- Lead media planning, PR, influencer outreach, and content adaptation in collaboration with HQ team and appointed agencies.
- Safeguard Hublot’s brand image by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Manage the release of global and local Hublot press releases to relevant media outlets.
- Prepare Marketing/PR reports as required.
- Plan and deliver boutique animations and in-store activations that enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and retail teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand narratives.
- Monitor luxury market trends and competitors to inform activation strategies and campaign planning.
- Design and execute exclusive client experiences, tailored events, and activations.
- Collaborate with retail team to create personalized engagement journeys, nurturing long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to connect clients to Hublot’s lifestyle and watchmaking expertise.
- Develop co-branding and partnership opportunities with cultural, luxury, or artistic institutions aligned with Hublot’s values.
- Act as the bridge between HQ and external stakeholders to ensure timely, effective implementation.
- Develop and manage the local marketing budget with a focus on impact and ROI.
- Track KPIs and campaign results, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Manage visual merchandising and new Capex projects within defined budget and timeframe.
- Ensure quality of visual merchandising implementations through regular store visits.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in marketing, communications, or client engagement within the luxury or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong track record in brand-building, PR, and execution of events and activations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on.
- High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele, emotional branding, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
- Team player; creative and passionate.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client engagement within the luxury or hospitality industry.
