Hublot Marketing & Communication Assistant

- Assist in the creation, deployment, and monitoring of online and offline marketing campaigns across France, BeLux, and Monaco.
- Ensure compliance of advertising assets with media and production agencies and manage their distribution.
- Collect and consolidate campaign proofs and associated invoices.
- Monitor the retail and wholesale animation calendar.
- Support bespoke projects by managing orders and dispatch of POS materials and displays.
- Update and maintain the merchandising dashboard and stock file.
- Conduct regular media monitoring for brand presence.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the press agency to track the annual plan.
- Assist in organizing press events such as Press Days.
- Collaborate closely with the coordinator to ensure smooth execution of events in the region.
- Prepare and send pre- and post-event documents to headquarters.
- Contribute to the updating, monitoring, and oversight of partner retailer websites and social media.
- Highlight marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social networks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
- Previous experience in the luxury sector or a strong interest in this demanding field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.
A minimum of initial experience in the luxury industry or a demonstrable interest in this sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
