1. Develop and implement the company's legal strategy.
2. Participate in key thematic committees to advise on legal issues.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while supporting business activities.
4. Educate and train company personnel on current legal topics.
5. Review, draft, and negotiate complex and strategic contracts.
6. Oversee intellectual property rights protection, including trademarks, designs, and patents.
7. Manage pre-litigation, litigation, and other legal disputes.
8. Lead and develop a high-performing legal team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
9. Define roles, task distribution, and departmental structure within the legal team.
10. Arbitrate complex legal issues and implement tools for optimal team performance.
11. Maintain and manage a list of external lawyers and their fees.
12. Establish and manage the legal budget.

1. Passion for the role is essential.
2. Comprehensive legal education with a law degree or equivalent qualification. An LL.M. is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience, particularly in contract law, within law firms, corporations, or organizations in an international setting.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Broad legal knowledge covering all company activities, including contract law, consumer law, competition law, data protection, and corporate law.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. German proficiency is a plus.
7. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, pragmatic, and flexible.
8. Team-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Strategic mindset with managerial experience and the ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
