1. Assemble prototype movements with precision and expertise.
2. Analyze and optimize movements and casings for enhanced performance.
3. Conduct thorough analyses and characterize products during homologations.
4. Participate in the development and industrialization of new innovations.
5. Provide technical support to various departments during the industrialization phase, including Production, Technical Office, Methods, and Quality.
6. Engage in the technical analysis of market returns to facilitate continuous product improvement.
7. Analyze and propose enhancements following internal or external non-conformities.

1. Possession of a CFC complemented by a Technician ES diploma in Micromechanics, specializing in Watchmaking Laboratory, or a higher qualification.

1. Profound knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in teams, independently, and manage multiple projects.
3. Autonomous and responsible with a strong sense of determination.
4. Courageous and unafraid of the unknown.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

CFC with a Technician ES diploma in Micromechanics or higher.
