Hublot Indirect Procurement Manager

- Negotiate and contract with suppliers for non-production purchases.
- Identify and implement productivity plans with partners.
- Advise internal clients to optimize and secure activities.
- Develop and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and associated action plans.
- Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and innovation.
- Propose and implement improvements to procurement procedures to sustain the organization.
- Structure procurement categories: analyze needs, define strategies, identify market players.
- Conduct supplier prospecting and maintain active market and technological watch.
- Participate in CAPEX analyses in collaboration with Project Managers for industrial investments.
- Collaborate closely with LVMH Group to create synergies and optimize operational costs.
- Passion for the luxury industry.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in indirect procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Initiative-driven with strong prioritization skills.
- Open and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
